Summer time

This was our trip to the Sacramento Zoo. The kids and I went with Cristine Miller and her kids. The Millers and us have matching families. Laif and Austin are just a few weeks apart, and Grete and Hannah are 3 months apart. We do lots of fun things with the Millers!

Austin doesn't look to happy in this picture but he is saying "cheese". Hannah has no idea what is going on.

Here is Laif as the Mommy Kangaroo and Austin as the Joey!

The boys were having so much fun looking at all the different animals.

Don't worry Austin doesn't have to go to the bathroom, he just ALWAYS hold himself, we are always telling him to let me.

We also went to six flags Discovery Kingdom with the Millers. The boys really wanted to go see Thomas the engine. We has a fabulous time. We went through this butterfly room, it was very hot but there were so many butterflies. Cristine got some really good pictures of some fun butterflies.


Here are the boys watching Thomas drive by. We had just come out of the shark aquarium.One of the first things we did was ride Thomas. The boys were so excited. It was a very short ride and didn't come close to anything that would ever be at Disneyland, but the boys didn't know the difference.


We found this cute little area with some kid rides, so we let the boys ride some of the rides. Laif loves to jump like a frog and say "ribbit, ribbit," so we had to ride on these frogs.
Hannah is falling in love with her daddy more every day. She laughs at whatever he says.
They had this tiger show, that is the one show that Aaron wanted to see. It was pretty cool they had 3 tigers out and the kept throwing horse meat into the water and the tiger would dive under the water and use his claw to push the meat into his mouth.


Austin liked the Super Hero from farther away, but he did finally go up and say hi.
